Can I cancel my reservation?

Cancelations must be made at least 48 hours of your reservation to receive a full refund.

Do I need insurance to rent a vehicle from Buckhead Auto Rentals LLC?

The renter must provide proof of an active full coverage insurance policy. The policy must provide collision, comprehensive, and liability coverage that transfers to your rental.

Does Buckhead Auto Rentals LLC. require a Security Deposit?

Yes, but we require the lowest security deposit in the market. Upon returning the vehicle, we will conduct an on-site inspection to check for any damages, fuel level, and cleanliness. The security deposit is refundable, minus any applicable additional charges. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your refund.

Can I add an additional driver?

Yes, you can add up to two drivers to your rental agreement. Additional drivers must be present at time of pick up of vehicle and provide their drivers license and proof of insurance in addition to the renter.

How many miles comes with the rental of a vehicle?

Each reservation comes with 150 miles per day. Anything over has an additional cost which varies by the vehicle. Reach out to us for specific per miles pricing.

Prohibited Uses

Restrictions on use, including illegal activities and out-of-state travel.

Grace Period

1-hour grace period after the vehicle’s return time. $100 charge per additional hour beyond the grace period, up to the cost of an additional daily rental charge.

Violation Charges

A $50 service fee will be applied per traffic violation, in addition to the cost of the violation itself.

GPS/Tracking

All vehicles equipped with GPS.

Reporting Violations

Must report all traffic violations upon return, unreported violations will incur an additional $100 charge, on top of any toll or ticket violations.
